Response from Mary Anne

I'm sorry to hear this wasn’t what the customer expected. The listing clearly describes the product, and the customer confirmed reading it before purchasing. I was never contacted for assistance, which is required before leaving a review. I’m always happy to help, but I wasn’t given the chance.
