How do I unlock the files?

Our templates are prepared to be used out-of-box and can be used without unlocking. We protected some sections in our templates in order to prevent accidental changes users can make. Unlocking Excel templates is easy with the password provided in the product zip file. If you're having trouble finding the password, don't worry, just get in touch! Our Google Sheets templates do not have password protection, so you don't need to worry about receiving any passwords. However, some areas may have protection against accidental changes. If you want to remove this protection, simply change the setting for "Protect sheets and ranges" by going to the Data menu. If you need assistance with this, please don't hesitate to contact us!

How do I get a multi-user license for the template I bought?

I purchased the template but didn’t receive! What now?
