Please note that delivery times are only starting once I actually post your order, not from the day I receive your order. It can take a few days for me to make your order, the processing times are shown in each listing.

I offer 2 options for shipping.
1 - STANDARD SHIPPING.
Most customers choose this option. It is a cheaper option and there is no track/trace number with it. Although the cases of items sent lost or arriving late are extremely rare, if it does happen I can not take any responsibility for it.
Delivery times for standard shipping - approximate
Europe - 1-2 weeks
Canada, USA - 2-4 weeks
Australia, New Zealand - 2-5 weeks.

2- Track and Trace Option

With this shipping you will get a track and trace number that will allow you to follow the progress of the delivery through a website.

Europe-2-6 days
USA , Canada
Australia, New Zealand- 6-14 days

These shipping times are only approximate. Delivery can be affected by the weather, strikes, holiday times, customs delays and many other factors, which are out of my control. To be on a safe side I would suggest allowing extra few days for the shipping. If not sure please do not order as I do not take returns based on items arriving late.

Items returned to me because of non-delivery due to the wrong address or your abscence can be re-sent for the additional postage, they can not be canselled. No returns for custom/personalised orders.
