Custom and personalised orders

I am happy to discuss customising my existing designs with you. Just send me a convo! From time to time I do undertake new design work but this depends upon how busy I am! Please note that customised products are not eligible for return.

My diaper tote bags do come in different sizes. I try to represent these sizes as best as possible in my listing details. Should you need any more specific information please contact me.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All bags are wrapped in a protective plastic bag and cotton dust bag. I do not normally include an invoice but by law, the value of the item will be displayed on the Customs Address Label on the front of the package. If the bag is a gift, select the 'gift' option and consider including a gift message for the recipient when you checkout and I will gladly print it and include it with the package.

Wholesale availability

As a one-woman show I do not currently undertake wholesale orders but this may change in the future, so drop me a convo!

Shipping Cost and Times

FREE WORLDWIDE STANDARD SHIPPING! All bags are shipped overseas by Standard Airmail with Tracking. Estimated delivery time to North America is 2-3 weeks. A tracking number will be provided. You can upgrade to Express International Shipping at checkout with average delivery time of 1 week to North America. Within Australia, all bags are shipped by Australia Post Parcel Post with standard delivery between 5-10 days. You can upgrade to Express shipping at checkout with estimated delivery of 1-3 days. Please note that shipping delays due to Covid are still evident across the world and that any shipping delays due to flight, logistic, Customs or staff disruptions are beyond my control.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

I ship all around the world and each country has its own individual taxes and laws regarding imports. Please note that any additional charges incurred through your country's Customs is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. To my UK and German customers - please note that my experience is that you are likely to incur some customs and import charges before your item is delivered. Please be aware of your responsibilities and the potential additional costs before placing an order.

I individually handmake each bag to order myself. During busy periods it may take up to 3 weeks before your bag is ready to ship, although I will always endeavour to make and ship your bag as soon as possible. Should you require your bag by a specific date, let me know and I will do my best to prioritise your order. Remember you can also select Express shipping at checkout which will significantly speed up your shipping times.

If your bag is faulty or defective then I will always offer to either repair, replace or refund you. Should you wish to return an item due to a change of heart, I will accept returns on the following basis: 1. The item is in its unused, original condition free from stains, smells and signs of wear. 2. You advise me of your wish to return the item within 7 days of receipt. 3. You are responsible for the safe return of the item. A tracked or insured service is recommended. 4. Once received back, you will be refunded the original cost of the bag, not including the original or return shipping costs. These are the responsibility of the buyer. 5. Returns are not accepted on customised or personalised orders.

> Made from beautiful strong and supple cowhide with an antiqued effect, this leather will acquire a beautiful patina as it is used. Comes in a range of colours.
> This bag is unlined, displaying the natural soft suede side of the leather hide.
> Inside is one leather slip pocket, perfect for holding your phone or credit card and a leather key fob.
> The bag closes with a magnetic snap at the top.
> The handles are sewn to create beautifully soft and strong shoulder straps. The shoulder handles are approx. 24" (61cm) in length with a 10" (25cm) drop (measuring from the top of the handles to the top edge of the bag).

C A R E I N S T R U C T I O N S
> Please note that leather is a natural material and no two hides are alike. I prefer to use aniline leathers which have minimal surface treatment and as such 'imperfections' like scars, insect bites and scratches from the animal's life are occasionally visible. These make your bag unique and serve to remind us of the very real and natural origin of the material.
> The leather will be moderately water resistant (in a rain shower for example) but do not immerse in water, just gently wipe clean with a slightly damp cloth.
> A commercial leather conditioner or simple beeswax can also be used to prolong the look and life of your leather bag.

Love the bag. Exceptional leather.I don't know how to describe it. Thick but soft and pliable. Like a soft pair of leather gloves. i also like the color of this bag. A true camel color which is called Toffee. There's nothing I don't like about this tote.I'm going to put leather conditioner on it today. I think it could benefit from it. I'm afraid of water spots. Very nice, durable and well finished bag. The color I expected more caramel, as in the photo, instead in reality it makes it more reddish. But otherwise very beautiful. Beware of customs charges for those who buy from Italy, it is 20€.
