Custom and personalised orders

Please contact me if you have specific requests, I can hotstamp any name or word up to 6 characters capital letters or 9 lowercase letters or mixed. Please be specific in the personalisation section as I will copy EXACTLY what is in the box. I also have special characters # & - ‘ 🖤 And others, please ask. Placement of personalisation can also be considered.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Your item will arrive carefully wrapped and in a padded envelope. We will provide the genuine leather cases with a protective sleeve and gift box free of charge.

International shipping

It is possible to ship international, please use the correct shipping code when making your purchase. If you choose standard shipping service you will NOT receive a tracking number, this is only available if you choose the tracked shipping option. Standard shipping can take up to 20 business days depending on state for delivery, although in most cases it will be delivered sooner than expected. Etsy will generate an estimated delivery date although this does not take in consideration a global pandemic so delivery dates may be different to those stated. Please note that I cannot be accountable for any import taxes or fees.

Please note that the foil printed on the PU Leather cases is not permanent and may rub away. If you would like the letters to be a permanent feature then I would advise that the Genuine leather products hold the foil much better due to the nature of the material. To extend the life of the pu phone case try not to let it get wet/damp/moist or in contact with moisture or oils from hands etc. Also try not to remove the case from the phone too much and don’t clip the corners on/off multiple times.

Please use Etsy message to contact me rather than email as the email account is monitored less frequently and your order will be attached to the message which saves a lot of time.

Please ensure you enter the correct address details on the order, I cannot be held responsible for items not arriving due to incorrect or incomplete information.

Most items posted in the UK will be sent standard shipping so you won’t receive a tracking number, if you upgrade the shipping service to tracked service the tracking information will be attached to the original order. International orders will be sent standard shipping service so will not receive a tracking number unless it’s upgraded to tracked shipping service and the tracking information will be attached to the original order.

Estimated delivery date

Please note Etsy will automatically generate an estimated delivery date based on what they think delivery will be. This does NOT take in to consideration an international epidemic OR international bank holidays, please take this in to consideration before contacting me regarding your delivery of your parcel.

Pu phone case- this is a clip on case that leaves the top and bottom exposed, this case is more for aesthetics and not protection. Genuine leather cases- this is a fully protective case with a rubber bumper around all the edges and it comes up over the screen.
