I encourage all my customers return their items using Etsy's return label system. This provides a tracking number that will help prove the package made it to me. I suggest insuring your package in case it gets lost or damage. This will guarantee you will be able to collect your money if the post office loses or damages your product. I highly recommend shipping them in a bubble envelope at minimum. I use a small container or additional foam/bubble wrapping to add extra security. Yes, I know the tracking and insurance adds up, but I can say from personal experience that if your product gets lost, it will be worth it. I insure most of my orders and track all of them.

I often minimize my quantities to avoid overselling. If the listing shows I have purchase options under ten and you wish to purchase ten or more, please contact me for an accurate availability. I will often provide a purchase option of 1, 2 & 3, when I actually have 6 available to avoid over purchasing of say 4 and 6 for a total of 10. If you ask and I do have more, I will adjust for you to purchase that amount. Please don't just assume I have the inventory and scoop up all available. It will prevent your disappointment and my embarrassment.

Very often, that answer will be yes. I constantly am receiving new items and am often behind getting them listed.

Yes, If I have it and it is not listed, I will list it for you. If I don't have it and can locate it, I am willing to special order for you. I will also take special quantity requests for larger parcels than what is listed. With special orders, I do request purchasing in advance.

We know sometimes things don't go as planned. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us immediately. Do not attempt to repair your gemstone. Please take pictures of the items in question. Remember that sometimes colors show up better on opposing colors and some backgrounds, such as textured may blur the gemstone. A white solid background, like a piece of paper works best for most gemstones. Placing a semitransparent lighter colored gemstone on other colors makes the gemstone difficult to see and determine the full scope of the situation. If unsure what background to use, reference the listing pictures for an idea or ask us for suggestions. We want to help correct the issue, so please be patient if we need another photo.

Often, our pictures only represent the product being sold. It is likely that the particular gemstone you are interested in has already been sold. But if you contact us, we can check. We can also send pictures of our current inventory to let you select the gemstone that best suits your taste.

Absolutely! But before you purchase, please request that we check for pairs. We do not want to disappoint you, so we prefer to check before committing.

Per our return policy, the buyer pays for return shipping unless there is a problem with the order that is our fault. If you feel we made an error, please contact us. Most likely we will need photos to show what you are seeing. Please be patient as we sort it all out.

In gemological terms, a cabochon is a specific cut in which the gemstone has a flat surface on the bottom and a domed top. A cabochon can be round, oval, marquise, pear, square, and many other forms. From a top view, the gemstone can often look similar to a bead. We do not sell beads.
