We issue a partial refund - the full amount of the product minus the shipping cost. The non refundable shipping cost varies depending on the weight of the product and the shipping option: 1. Standard shipping on items which weight 0-250gm- mainly small pouches, accessories and phone bags cost 15$. 2.Standard shipping option on items which weight 250-500 cost 18$. 3. Items which weight 500-1 cost 22$. 4. If the item was shipped with Expedited shipping option the FedEx shipping cost is non refundable. This policy applies equally to all the countries and to all our products.
