We designed this style (copyrighted) therapy pack heating pad to wrap up around the neck and across the shoulders and upper back. It took us a while to design this because it seemed like all other styles either covered the neck and not the shoulders/upper back or the other way around.

The NSB comes in 3 sizes - Because each one is handmade, all sizes and weight are approximate.

Standard Size 25" x 12" / 11 sections / 3 lbs

Large (pictured) 28" x 16" / 14 sections / 3.75 lbs

XL 28" x 22" / 20 sections / 4.5 lbs

Just 1 to 2 minutes in the microwave delivers 30+ minutes of warm moist heat. A few hours in the freezer turns it into a cold pack.
