Etsy makes it easy to track your package!

You can check the "Scheduled Ship Date" by going to your account and clicking on "Purchases". Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to the e-mail associated with your Etsy account. The tracking number will also be shown under "Purchases" when you click on your order. To see full tracking updates, click on the tracking number link.

Please note that "Estimated Delivery Dates" are estimated and are therefore NOT guaranteed. This estimation does not account for holidays in which the USPS is closed, delay in your package being scanned into the USPS system or slow downs in service during high-volume times.

I do my best to accurately portray the colors used in the product designs with my photos listed. However, colors can vary on screen due to the monitors they are viewed on.

Morgan Schaefer Design Studio is NOT responsible for loss and/or damage during shipping.

When your order has been completed, you will receive an Etsy shipment notification. Within this notification, you will receive a USPS tracking number for your package.

Please be aware that it can take up to 48 hours for your package to be scanned into the USPS system.

If you experience any issues with the shipping of your order, you will need to contact your local post office or USPS. If your package is lost or damaged, you will need to file a claim with the USPS- NOT MSDS.

Please note that my shop only ships via USPS. I do not offer FedEx or UPS shipping options. If you have any questions, please feel free to send me a message!

I don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order. Delay in the buyer providing critical information for Dusty Southern to complete the order does not constitute a cancelled order.
