what do i do if i recive a damaged item?

damages must be reported to me within 3 days of delivery of item

My monogram is wrong?

if you receive your items and your monogram is incorrect please let me know asap. If it was a mistake on my part I will replace your item. If I monogram the item in the order that was left in the notes to seller I can not replace.

item says delivered but i did not recive?

Once your items are finished and shipped and in the usps hands, we do not have control over mis delivered items. You will need to contact your local post office.

Will I get a tracking number when order is shipped?

yes, when your items ship you will receive an email with tracking info

How long till my items ships?

Each item has an estimated ship date before checkout

my item does not fit?

we try to list size charts on most of our items, if you are unsure of what size to order I will help in any way possible, but I can not replace items due to the nature of our services.
