HOW TO ORDER
1. Send your pet`s photo through Etsy. You can do this by simply sending me a message and clicking on "Attach an image" in the chat box. Alternatively, you can send it via email. For the best result please make sure you send a clear, high resolution photo.
2. Customise your pillow by specifying color option
3. I will turn your photo into art and create your personalized pet pillow design. I will send you an image of the design for approval. Please make sure you respond within 24 hours. After this time I have to move on with your order and I can not accept design related complaints. Having this deadline is necessary to meet the postage policy.
4. Your pillow will be shipped to you and upon its arrival you can enjoy your new pet pillow.

Pillows are dispatched within 2-5 working days of purchase (Working days do not include weekends or UK bank and public holidays).
Although I am a UK based artist you may receive your print from outside of the UK. Depends on demand and size I use printing partners to speed up processing time and fulfill your order(s). In this case, based on availability, I select from my partners the one which is closest to your delivery address. Based on your location and where your print is posted from some delay can occur because of customs inspection.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUND
Cancellations are accepted until your order is dispatched. Once your order is dispatched you can still request a refund. Terms and condition of returns below:
Return requests are accepted up to 14 days after the order is delivered. The cost of return is the responsibility of the buyer.
Refund is processed in case the return request accepted and once the returned order received by me.

COMPLAINT
Although it is unlikely that your order arrives damaged, incorrect or gets lost in the mail, these things can happen sometimes. Please contact me within 48 hours of the delivery date with a picture attached of the damage/mistake and I will get a replacement in the mail for you!
If you have any other problems regarding your order, please contact me. I am here to help! I will do my best to make the situation right.

When submitting a picture, you agree that you own the rights to the picture or have the proper authorization to use it. You also agree that any pictures might be used in my social media and advertising. I can not held responsible for any copyright violations regarding the picture(s) you are sending me.
