Before I get started, I need the following from you: high quality photos of your pet, that ensure eyes, nose and unique features. Please send photos through Etsy conversation (Message) or e-mail them to neves.sara2010@gmail.com. I need to know the size (A6, A5, A4, A3) and the orientation you prefer (vertical or horizontal)
After your order, I’ll start painting it and finish it in 10-15 days. Then I willl send a photo of it, for your acceptance. I will work with you to make sure your portrait is tailored to your exact requirements, in order to catch the true spirit of your pet to ensure your complete happiness.

All paintings are packed carefully. The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Actual delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose.
Watercolours are shipped between strong pieces of cardboard, inside a bubbled wraped envelope and delievered at the destination address. If it doesn’t fit at your Mailbox, you will have to pick it up at your local post office.
Oil on canvas can be unframed and delivered in frameless rolls in a tube . You can easily find a local framing store to stretch or frame the painting. Oil art works are shipped and delivered in hand, between 3 to 5 days.

All watercolours can be made in A6, A5, A4, A3 and A2 sizes.

All the orders to the USA usually took almost a month to arrive to their destination.
