Can I return/refund my Item after delivery?

We normally accept returns/refunds only for items that are damaged or do not correspond to the purchased listing details. Please contact us within 7days of delivery to arrange. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs and any custom charges that will occur. Please note that all our natural raw materials are sustainably sourced, and hand crafted to create our products, they can present little imperfections and size and color might slightly differ. Receiving a slightly bent seagrass item or a different tone of grey stone is not considered as a faulty or damaged item as the products are 100% made with natural material which can differ by nature.

What to do if an item arrives damaged?

In the remote case that an item arrives damaged please follow those steps in order to claim refund or exchange: - send us a picture of outer packaging with the courier barcode visible - send us a picture of the inner packaging - send us a picture of the damaged item We normally open an investigation with our courier, please allow us a few days for the standard procedure to be in place.

If my item arrived damaged I am entitled to a full refund?

Once we have received the above info about the damaged item and the investigation process ends - we normally offer different options: - full refund upon receiving the item back if not damaged or slightly damaged but still usable - partial refund if it is only damaged but still usable - free replacement Please rest assured that your case will be solved. Handcrafted natural rattan lampshade made in Bali.
The uniqueness of our lampshades is given by the love and time dedicated by our artisans to carefully work each string of rattan to make our items. Its versatility makes it Ideal for any home decor from coastal to boho and rustic. It goes well also as a bedside lampshade, over a kitchen island or a dining table, in a nursery, entry hall or over a patio.

It is a great gift for many occasion such as housewarmings, weddings, birthdays, Valentine's days, anniversary or simply as a gift for him or for her anytime of the year.

Material: natural rattan, metal

The lampshade has a 5cm diameter 0 ring to insert the bulb holder. Cable, bulb and any other electrical parts can be purchased in the options which include 1 meter cable. Please get in touch if you need more.

Our rattan is sustainably sourced, and it is hand crafted to create our lampshades.
It is normally lighter in color when it is new and it naturally darkens with age, normally in a few weeks.
All of our items are handmade by local talented craftsmanship, hence they can slightly differ.

I ordered 4 of these and then bought 10 more. The lampshades are strong and good quality and the team is responsive and was very helpful (I had the wrong address on one order and they changed it with no drama). They look good hanging and with some types of lightbulb create very pretty shadow patterns. Recommended.

I bought 5 and the family liked them so much I’ve ordered 10 more :). Depending on the lightbulb you use they create lovely ceiling patterns and give texture to the room. They feel organic but not hippy. Great basic multi purpose lampshade.

This piece is absolutely gorgeous! It shipped quickly and is great quality. I’d recommend opening it outside and letting to air out before bringing it inside - nothing harmful but there were a few stowaways on mine. Otherwise it’s a great accent in my living room and I’d order again!
