This is exactly the same as the other "Little Spirit" displayed in the listings, but instead of the cedar wood top it has a hammered copper dome top .

The most unique feature of this small size wind chime is its sound. The 5 copper tubes with a solid wood ball clapper give this wind chime soft, mellow tones that are very soothing to listen to. Keep in mind that with their soft tones they will not have the same volume as some other wind chimes. It also has excellent durability for direct exposure to the weather and will give many years of listening pleasure.

What makes this wind chime different and special from others?

Solid brass grommets are placed in the pipe holes to reduce cord fraying. Thicker cord is used for better wear and longer life. The wind catcher is made from copper roof flashing, which has been torched to create attractive colors and then enamel coated. All metal used is non-rusting copper and brass.

Why are they blue?

The copper tubes have been treated chemically to produce the beautiful blue patina, which is a very calming, tranquil color.

What materials are used in its construction?

This wind chime is made with copper tubes and solid brass hardware, which are both non-rusting metals. The wood ball clapper is birch, which has been soaked in a preservative. All cord used is black braided polyester, which is very resistant to U.V. light, rot and mildew. The wind catcher is made from copper. All of these materials are very durable and create a wind chime that is very strong and long lasting.
