All our leather goods are made from 100% natural Italian leather. Simply wipe using a clean, damp cloth. Keep your leather bags stored in places that are dry and clean when you are not using them to help protect it.

I'm a customer from the USA. Will I have to pay additional fees like customs or import taxes?

Due to a major regulatory change by the U.S. government, effective August 29, 2025, the $800 duty-free threshold is being eliminated. This means almost all goods shipped to the U.S. will be subject to import duties and taxes. Please understand that these fees are mandated by your country's authorities and are completely beyond our control. As the buyer, you are solely responsible for paying any charges assessed by U.S. Customs. We cannot predict, calculate, or collect these fees in advance.

What happens if I refuse a package due to customs fees?

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes (e.g. VAT) that may apply. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. Important: Refusal to Accept Package Refusing to accept a package due to customs fees is not permissible under international commerce regulations. If a package is forcibly returned to me for this reason, the refund for the product will be reduced by all costs I have incurred, including: The original shipping cost, The return shipping cost, Any customs fees and taxes charged to me to receive the item back in Poland. This bag is beautifully made, with the softest yet sturdy leather. It has the perfect amount of pockets, the shoulder strap is the perfect length, and the cross body strap is a an added bonus.
