Most parcels (90%) are delivered on the declared date, but sometimes it happens that the delivery time is longer. This is caused, for example, by the customs office or weather conditions. Please take this into account. In such situations, please wait patiently, because all packages are delivered at the end. If the package is lost, the order will be returned.

All our leather goods are made from 100% natural Italian leather. Simply wipe using a clean, damp cloth. Keep your leather bags stored in places that are dry and clean when you are not using them to help protect it.

I'm a customer from the USA. Will I have to pay additional fees like customs or import taxes?

Due to a major regulatory change by the U.S. government, effective August 29, 2025, the $800 duty-free threshold is being eliminated. This means almost all goods shipped to the U.S. will be subject to import duties and taxes. Please understand that these fees are mandated by your country's authorities and are completely beyond our control. As the buyer, you are solely responsible for paying any charges assessed by U.S. Customs. We cannot predict, calculate, or collect these fees in advance.

What happens if I refuse a package due to customs fees?

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes (e.g. VAT) that may apply. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. Important: Refusal to Accept Package Refusing to accept a package due to customs fees is not permissible under international commerce regulations. If a package is forcibly returned to me for this reason, the refund for the product will be reduced by all costs I have incurred, including: The original shipping cost, The return shipping cost, Any customs fees and taxes charged to me to receive the item back in Poland. If these costs exceed the value of the order, a refund will not be issued.

Nice leather bag overall. I just wish the hardware was a little bit heftier and the the zipper pulls were more shiny instead of looking a bit tarnished Also the lining inside the bag could be more of a sturdier material instead of a light weight thinner lining.

Love this bag, and we even better than I had imagined. The leather is amazingly soft and high quality. I sprayed it with some protectant spray to make it more water resistant. I wish the zippers were a bit more substantial, but you can’t beat the price. I love this bag and now I’m looking at the others!
