The first build sent had issues. Vendor was contacted and responded back quickly. After discussing vendor built new unit and replaced quickly. New unit was as described and well built. A plus for vendor for fast response to resolve issue. Vendor in Ukraine with destination in rural South Carolina USA. Just fantastic in my book.

This is my third house from Talewood so I've clearly got a bit of an addiction! They really are that good. Beautifully made with lots of little details that makes play so much more fun and creative for the kids. The seller is also wonderful to work with and always accommodates any little request I have. I bought this dollhouse for my wife for Christmas. It took a little bit longer than expected to receive (no fault of seller) but it was well worth the wait. When my wife saw it she was ecstatic, when she saw the personal note burned into the bottom of the house she came to tears. Everything was perfect!! Everything was exactly as described. I am a woodworker myself and the quality of material and construction is superb. I would recommend this seller without hesitation to all.
