We do not accept returns and exchanges on custom and personalised items.

Please carefully measure your pet and double check the sizing chart (you can always ask us for help and tips) before making a purchase.

Our sizes might differ from other shops and it is buyer's responsibility to make sure of the right size. If you have chosen wrong size and would like to exchange to another size, we gladly accept returns but the buyer has to pay for the return shipping and for the shipping of the new item.

We only accept item(s) that are unused, undamaged and clean (in their original condition).

The buyer can ship the items(s) back with tracked or untracked shipping, but if the item does not arrive to us and is lost in mail, we do not issue a refund and we dot not exchange again, as we never received the item(s) back.

As most of our items are made with wool or wool blend, we strongly recommend to hand wash your items in cold or lukewarm water and not use washing machine as the item(s) might shrink.

Put your knitted item(s)in a bowl with cold water and one drop of wool washing liquid. Then rinse properly a couple of times and after rinsing with your hands, lay the sweater in a towel, fold it and leave it to dry, when it is not so wet, you can hang it to dry. Do not tumble dry, do not iron.

As per our policies, we do not accept cancellations. In some rare cases, you can try and ask us to cancel it before we started making the items. If a cancelation is requested after an item was started, money and time have already been invested. At this point, it’s unlikely that a cancelation is possible. 

We offer exchanges if the customer has made a mistake in sizing, etc. We do not make any refunds or exchanges on personalised items. Please inform us within 7 days of delivery.

We do not offer refunds/exchanges if the buyer has changed their mind about the item and no longer wants it or wants another colour or style.

We exchange the item(s) when the item is returned back to us at the expense of the buyer. Buyer has to also pay for new shipping of new item(s). We only accept item(s) in their original condition.

However, if we ship the wrong item to you then it is our responsibility to exchange the item to a good one after getting the old item back. In this case, we pay for both return and new exchange shipping.

We offer exchanges if the buyer accidentally bought the wrong size or measured their pet incorrectly/did not measure at all and offer the buyer the right size. Please inform us within 7 days of delivery. The buyer has to pay for return and exchange shipping.

The buyer can ship the items(s) back with tracked/untracked shipping, but if the item does not arrive to us, we do not issue a refund, as we never received or item(s) back.

We do not offer exchanges on personalised items.

We only accept item(s) in their original condition.

If the buyer did not measure their pet correctly and bought the item that is too small (cheaper item) and wants to exchange to a bigger size (pricier item), the buyer has to pay the price difference.

If the buyer chose standard (untracked) shipping over tracked (more expensive) shipping and the item(s) did not arrive in 40 business days (to outside Europe) after purchase and 30 days (to Europe), we will send new items to the buyer, but the buyer will have to pay for new shipping. In case you receive the first item(s), we would kindly ask you to ship them us.

We DO NOT issue refunds if the item(s) have not arrived in 30 (to Europe) or 40 (to outside of Europe) calendar days after purchasing the item(s). We only offer new items.

If the buyer chooses untracked shipping again and the item (s) get lost in mail again, then we can no longer send new items.

We are not responsible for delayed shipping or damaged item(s) because of shipping.
