You will receive a message from us via Etsy to confirm receipt of your photo. Please DO NOT email the photo to our email address as they often go into our spam folder and aren't automatically attached to your order that way which could delay your order.

* SHIPPING TIMES *
Your order will be made and sent after 1-2 business days (not including weekends) It will be sent out by 1st class post (Royal mail). There is an option for signed for (RECORDED POST) on checkout which we HIGHLY RECOMMEND you do as it takes a priority over normal post with royal mail deliveries. Please understand that the delivery times are out of our control once posted.
