~ PHOTO PRINT DETAILS ~

Professional photo prints are exposure printed on professional Fuji Crystal Archive photo paper. These are not glossy prints, but luster prints with a bit of shimmer. These are professional grade photos. There is no white border on photo prints, the art prints to the edge of the paper on all sides. The colors in photo prints may appear slightly different than what you see on screen due to photo paper is not pure white.

~ GICLEE PRINT DETAILS ~

Giclée prints are printed on Epson Hot Press Bright fine art paper with a smooth finish. This is a 100% cotton rag paper. There is no border on the print, the art extends all the way to the edge of the paper. This is a great option if you want a non-reflective, fine art “look” print to frame. The paper is thick and durable, these are really gorgeous prints.

~ SHIPPING TIMES ~

All photo prints ship flat through USPS First Class or UPS Standard, depending on the size print ordered:
- 8x10 and 11x14 sizes print and ship out within 24 hours First Class Mail.
- 16x20 and 18x24 sizes require 1-3 days in production prior to shipping UPS Standard with delivery estimated in 3-7 days.

Giclée prints take 3-5 days to process prior to shipping Standard Shipping which can take up to 7-10 days. All sizes ship flat except the 18x24 size may ship rolled in a tube due to the large size.

Orders shipping to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico ship via Economy and require extra time in transit.

~ CANCELLATION POLICY ~

Orders process VERY QUICKLY in my shop and so once orders are placed they cannot be cancelled.

~ RETURN POLICY ~

Items can be returned up to 30 days of the original delivery date. Customer is responsible for all return costs. Items must be returned in the original condition, undamaged. Any items returned damaged will not quality for a refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

~ DAMAGES ~

If for any reason your package arrives damaged and your prints are damaged, please message me right away and include photos of the damaged shipping box and damaged prints. Photos of both the shipping box and prints are required for proof of damage and are required to process replacement prints.
