Response from Iuliia

Hi Sarah, thank you for your order and for taking the time to review your purchase. Sometimes when saving the presets they can be saved as JPGs with no settings on them instead of DNG. In this case all presets will be the same and won't edit the photos correctly. So it's important to be sure that it was downloaded in the right format. How to apply the presets in the right way you can watch in your attached video instructions. I sent you a message and an email message immediately after you left a review, but unfortunately didn’t receive a reply. Let me know if you need any help! Warm wishes, Iuliia
