Do you do custom and personalized orders?

Yes! Just send me a message with your ideas or pictures for prices! However, custom listings may take up to three weeks for processing depending on the size of the order and intricacies of the designs/ colors/ flowers you want. Due to the nature of custom items,I cannot build a sample beforehand without purchase as a lot of custom orders use greenery/flowers I do not have on hand. I do, however, send photo proofs of custom items for approval before shipment. That way if you don't like how the item looks, I can change it until you like it. Custom orders do not qualify for any discounts or refunds for the same reasons as why I can't do samples.

How should I care for these?

Sola flowers and dried flowers are really easy to take care of! Make sure to not get them wet or anywhere near fire (or squished) and they should last you forever! You can display them virtually anywhere! With the dyed flowers, I recommend opening the bubble wrap immediately upon delivery to prevent any sort of molding that might happen, due to the possibility of moisture still being present- I do try to let items fully dry but depending on weather conditions before item shipment or time restraints, the flowers may not be fully dry upon arrival.

What are your processing and shipping times?

It takes me an average of 7-14 business days (not including the weekends) to make a regular order. Custom orders can take up to 2 to 3 weeks, depending on details and intricacies. Need it faster? Contact me about rush orders or upgraded shipping! Shipping can take an additional 2-10 days usually, depending on your order size or shipping option. Message me about shipping upgrades! Please note that the free shipping option is not always insured. If you'd like additional insurance, consider choosing priority mail or priority mail overnight in the drop down shipping menu at checkout.

Occasionally, I may unexpectedly run out of a certain type of sola flower that's in a bouquet pictured.. If so, I will message the customer to see if they can wait for their order until I can get more in stock or if they'd be okay with a similar flower used in its place.

How should I store my items?

Since these items have no time restraints on them, you can order them months ahead of your event! I always recommend storing bouquets in a vase or jar and placing them on a shelf or table out of the way. Or you can unwrap them and re-store them in their shipping box somewhere to keep them out of the way.

Do you offer discounts?

I only offer bulk discounts on items if you order 20 or more of one bouquet type, pre-existing listing. For bulk boutonniere and corsages, a discount does not apply until there's 30 or more to be ordered. Custom orders do not qualify for any discounts.

How long do I need to wait before ordering?

Since these bouquets are made with preserved/ dried greenery and florals and tapioca/balsa wood flowers, there's no need to wait! I include storage instructions in all shipments. Alternatively, you can pre purchase and make arrangements with me to ship items closer to your event date if you are worried about storage space or possible damage. :)

Can I swap colors/ flowers in a bouquet or remove an item?

Yes! Existing listings are easy to customize! If you'd like to use a different flower or color, or you just hate a type of filler used in a bouquet, simply leave your requests in the notes section at checkout. If I can't do it, I will contact you to let you know. :) If you'd like to add an additional type of greenery or color to all the colors already shown, please contact me and I can set up a custom listing. Additions of up to 2 colors and/or 1 type of greenery/ filler flower are $5 each extra.

My package was lost/stolen/ damaged during transit! What do I do?

If your item was damaged during transit, please don't hesitate to send me a message with photos of the damage. I can either send replacement parts for you to attach yourself or you can ship it back to me for a free repair and return shipment. I do not reimburse return shipping however. If your package was stolen/ lost in the mail, please contact USPS and/ or your local police department. I am not responsible for lost or stolen items once the item has left my premises. I am happy to assist you in any way possible during your claim process.

Can I Cancel a Garland or Wreath Order?

Due to the perishable nature of these items, I cannot accept returns or cancellations on Garlands or Wreaths- I cannot cancel a order with my wholesalers once placed and I can't resell a garland once made. All garlands and wreaths are sent through 2-3 day shipping to ensure they're fresh upon arrival- Etsy's shipping notifications are set to a 7 day window and do not reflect the accurate arrival date- please click your tracking link to see your real arrival date. If you have any delays, please contact the shipping company directly, as once the package leaves my hands, I cannot do any more. All wreaths and garlands are insured, so you may file a claim with shipping company to recoup costs in case of a late arrival or if a package is lost.

1/2 inch to 4 inch wide sola flowers are used, and this arrangement features: preserved ivy, caspia, parvifolia, willow euc, silver dollar euc, baby's breath, and achillea the pearl.
