All you have to do is dream it, and we’ll make it come true! So tell us what you want, and we will make sure to make it exactly how you though.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We have a gift option at the checkout. Please note that if you place an order for more than one product, this option covers one gift package only. If you need extra, contact us and we can send a custom invoice to add as many gift packages as needed. You can send us special gift notes to include with your order, we will make sure to write them there.

We want you to enjoy your Mia•Mia forever and since we use only the best materials we know you Will. To maintain the quality of your jewelry follow this simple instructions: * Remove when going to pool, beach or spa * Avoid contact with perfumes, body oils and other chemicals. * No need to use any chemicals to clean your MIA•MIA. * For light cleaning, use a dry-lint free cloth to avoid scratches.

Questions about my order

Contact us through Etsy messages center! It’s easy and we are happy to help you on anything you need, so we will always be there for you. Usually we send a response within hours after you send us a message.

We ship your orders between one to two days after you make the purchase. You will receive it in about 1-5 days through USPS. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a message with your tracking information.

How to know if the bracelets will fit?

MIA•MIA are designed with an open back so you can slip them on and off with ease. They can be tightened to fit snugly on the wrist making them comfortable for any wrist size.

International shipping policies

We ship internationally, however, we are not responsible for lost and delayed orders or for additional charges due to import taxes or customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.

I made a mistake and added a wrong delivery address

You would have to wait until the carrier sends your package back to us and we will contact you to send an invoice for the re shipping cost. Once is paid, we can ship again. Please note that sometimes it takes one week for the carrier to return the package but sometimes it takes one month, three months or more. We can't give you an estimate but we will definitely contact you once we receive it back

We understand that issues can happen, so if you have one with your order and something went wrong, please contact us within 3 month of your purchase and we will be happy to assist you
