Can you recommend a cup size?

We recommend ordering a larger size than you think you need. While the smaller sizes may be tempting because of the price, keep in mind that 8 fluid ounces is approximately 1 cup of liquid. Cup ounce size is the EXACT size filled to the brim. Ounce size does not include room for ice or room at the top to avoid spills. Please take this into account when making your selection. Drink recommendations based on cup size: 8oz - kid's parties, tastings 10oz - smallest size recommended for wine 12oz - wine, spirits, mixed cocktails 14oz - mixed cocktails 16oz* - beer, soft drinks, tea 20oz - beer, soft drinks, tea 24oz - water, soft drinks, tea *16oz is the most popular size

By default, we do not send proofs. This allows us to ship your order as fast as possible. We are happy to send proofs upon request. Please do so in the notes section during checkout - otherwise, you will NOT receive a proof. If a proof is requested, it will be sent within 1-2 business day after purchase. Please be advised that requesting a proof will extend your turnaround time. The turnaround time for your order does not start until we have proof approval. So that we can keep production moving and to prevent orders from shipping late, if you do not reply to your proof within 48 hours, we will send into production as-is. You will no longer be able to make any changes at that point.

What is the difference between neoprene and sponge can huggers?

When it comes to drink huggers we offer 2 materials. The sponge material is the most economical of the 2 choices and is made of a foam rubber backing with a polyester outer covering. The neoprene material is the same material a wetsuit is made from and it is more durable, flexible and better insulating than the sponge material but they are also more expensive. The easiest way to tell the difference between the two is the stitching. On the sponge material they are sewn with a straight stitch on the inside of the material where the stitching isn't shown. On the neoprene material they are sewn with a thread color to compliment the hugger in a zigzag stitch on the outside that is visible.

Proofs for custom designs:

Custom designs include 3 rounds of proofs. If you have changes beyond that, you will be required to purchase additional proofs. We recommend that you review your proof carefully to include all necessary changes. Each round of proofs will delay your order as production time does not begin until after proof approval. Please also be advised that it is normal for foil and ink to slightly bleed when screen printing. If you have very fine lines and small details in your design, it can tend to "fill in" moderately compared to the digital proof you see before printing. We do not consider this a defect.
