For custom orders, please allow an additional two to six weeks of processing. All items are handcrafted, and it can take time to gather the materials needed for your request. We begin work on custom orders after payment is received. Please note all personal information (such as measurements) is destroyed after two years, unless otherwise requested.

For fabric items: Machine wash in warm or cool on a gentle/delicate setting, using phosphate-free detergent and line dry for best results. Use a low-heat setting to iron.
