Pattern explains how to make eyes of 2 different sizes:
LARGE EYES - size of a large eye is 2 cm in width and 1.7 cm in height (0.78 x 0.67 in)
SMALL EYES - size of a small eye is 1.2 cm in width and 1 cm in height (0.47 x 0.39 in)

Size may differ if you use a different weight yarn or different size hook.

Materials you will need to make large eyes:
- DK (3 or light) weight yarn of black, white and chosen colours (100g - 260m / 3,53Oz - 274 yds)
- 2 mm crochet hook
- Sewing needle and scissors
- Sewing thread of white colour
- Sewing pins

Materials you will need to make small eyes:
- Embroidery thread with 6 strands (size 10 crochet thread would work too) of black, white and chosen colours
- 1 mm crochet hook
- Sewing needle and scissors
- Sewing thread of white colour
- Sewing pins

Abbreviations used on the pattern:
st = stitch
sc = single crochet
inc = increase (2 single crochets in one stitch)
sl = slip stitch
BLO = back loops only
(..) = repeat between () number of times indicated
[..] = total number of stitches in the round or row
