Unfortunately due to the current health crisis and volume of orders, we will only accept returns for a full refund if there is an issue with your order that is our fault. All other returns will be refunded minus a 10% restock fee. International orders will receive a full refund minus shipping fees. Please be sure to read item descriptions and posted measurements before purchasing.

All customized items are made to order. Usually we can still ship within the noted processing time, however at times with high order volume or for larger customized orders, there may be a 1-2 day delay in processing. Please be sure that you have included the necessary information for customization and you check Etsy messages and emails should we have a question. If we are unable to reach you, your order will be delayed.

All items come individually boxed with ribbon and care instructions suitable for gifting. We do offer gift wrapping at a small per order fee. We do not include invoices or pricing, as this is available in your purchases through your Etsy account. If your purchase is being shipped as a gift directly to your gift recipient, we're happy to include a complimentary gift card with a personal message upon request.

All items are sized per order from your size choice in the drop down menus and necklaces and bracelets are measured from end to end, including the clasp. We're happy to offer additional sizes not listed when we can, please contact us if this is needed. If you need assistance determining an appropriate size, please contact us. Free resizing is always available as needed.

We work with 14k Gold fill, 925 Sterling Silver, and premium Sterling Silver, 24K Gold, 24K Rose Gold, Rhodium and antiqued brass plating. All design materials are specified for each item.

Plated designs are made with brass base metal which is professionally plated in a thick premium anti-tarnish real sterling silver and 24K Gold/Rose Gold or real Rhodium over palladium. Why plated? Because this plating is AMAZING! The finish is beautiful, long lasting and wonderful quality and requires little to no care. I have been using this plating for over 8 years and my customers love it! It's also nickel and lead free and can easily be worn by those with nickel and brass allergies!

We do offer expedited shipping options at checkout! The only shipping method with a GUARANTEED delivery date is Priority Mail Express, which is typically 1-2 days determined by your zip code. Guarantees for shipping are through the USPS so any claims for Express Mail not received in the time frame promised will be made with USPS. If you have a claim, we will assist you with this.

We can't guarantee delivery on any specific date aside from the Express Mail guarantee. Although most orders arrive in the time frame specified, there can be delays or issues with shipping from time to time. If an issue arises, we will work with you to ensure that you receive your order!

Please anticipate some delays due to the pandemic.

International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail. Delivery time is an approximate 6-21 mailing days and although tracking is available, unfortunately it does not always show individual scans to all countries especially once your package has left the US international facility in Jamaica, NY.

Most packages certainly do arrive within this time frame, however we cannot guarantee delivery times and will only consider reshipping packages after a 45 mailing day period. Although this may be an inconvenience, we have learned in the many years shipping overseas that if a package hasn't arrived it is most likely delayed and will arrive within 1-2 weeks or less or is being held due to customs fees.

Gold Filled is just awesome, seriously! It’s an actual layer of gold pressure bonded to a quality base metal such as brass, copper, or sterling silver. It literally has 100 X’s more gold than gold plating! Gold filled is more

Holiday Ordering Deadlines and Holiday vacation:

We will be closing for our annual holiday vacation on Thursday 12/22/2022 and returning on Tuesday 1/3/2023. We will remain open for orders and customer support, but will not be shipping during this time. Messages may be slightly delayed during this time. There will be no shipping from 12/23/2022 through 1/2/2023. Shipping will resume on 1/3/2023 so please plan accordingly. All orders must be placed by Monday 12/19 to ship before our vacation, expedited orders placed on 12/20 will also ship before our vacation. Please see announcements at top of page for shipping deadlines.
