If you have a problem with your order, contact us directly and we will make sure to take care of you! We are a small family ran business and we love to take care of our customers on a one to one basis! No automated systems or talking to a representative that does not care about you, when you message us you will be talking directly to us! The owners!

How long does it take to get my order?

Each of our items has its own processing time. As a small family farm business, sometimes delays do happen but we always do our very best to prevent this kind of thing! Please make sure to pay attention to processing times of the item you are wanting to purchase. The processing time is usually the latest an item will be sent, many times we try to get your order out way before the the full processing date! If you have questions - send us a message!

What Should I Do If A Tree/Plant Arrives Damaged

We send out the best trees/plants we have per order. We only send our plants in good health. Unfortunately, (even though we send all live plants with priority fast shipping) can take way to long to arrive to you. Plants can only survive so long in the mail (without sunlight and care) sometimes packages are not in good shape and trees get damaged in the mail as well. We cannot file a claim to the post office for you. Please do not take this out on us or leave a bad review if this happens, it is out of our control. We know it is not your fault either. Please go online and you can file a claim for your items being damaged with the carrier. You will then get your money back from them for what you paid for the items.
