Gift wrapping and packaging

We use as little packaging as we possibly can. We ship our products in transparent oxo-biodegradable mailing bags. Once exposed to sunlight and oxygen, the biodegradation process initiates within 12-24 months, depending on conditions. IF YOU ARE BUYING THE PEOPLE'S STAND AS A GIFT and do not want the recipient to see the item when it lands on their doormat, please let us know. Our standard envelope is see-through but we can wrap it in packing paper if you MARK THE ORDER AS A GIFT :)

Assembly instructions and correct use

Please refer to the printed instructions included with the stand for correct assembly. Further help videos can be found in the Highlights/FAQ section of our Instagram page: https://www.instagram.com/thepeoplesstand/ or on our YouTube channel. Please note, for correct use the ledge where your book or tablet sits must be pushed firmly inwards, creating a secure triangular ledge.

We make every effort to despatch stands as quickly as possible. We send the stands using Royal Mail 48 (within the UK) and Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed (worldwide). Both offer a reliable delivery service. Occasionally delays occur. For deliveries within the UK - if your stand has not arrived within the estimated timeframe please use your Royal Mail reference number to track your delivery on Royal Mail's website. Let us know if you experience any issues. For worldwide deliveries - please use the Royal Mail tracking number on your order to track its progress. International delivery varies a lot in speed, particularly during busy periods. Please let us know if you have any issues.

Let us know straight away if your stand arrives damaged. Please send a photo so we can follow it up with Royal Mail.
