Personalization

There are two types of choices:

OPTION 1 ▲ We design, print and ship to you. (You will receive a backdrop in mail)
OPTION 2 ▲ digital art file ONLY (You will NOT receive any physical item, email file only)

If you have something in mind we can surely design it for you.
Or you can send us your own design or image and we will print and ship to you.
for custom backdrop, you are welcome to send screenshot of the design that you like and we will recreate something similar for you.

once your order or you message our seller for info
we can first do an artwork proof for you
to make sure that you are satisfied and approved all spelling and info are correct.
Once you approved and paid , we will start the process immediately.
No further changes can be made.
we will then ship out within 1-3 days and we will send you a tracking number to your message.

in order to print it clearly on banner, we need to have image that
is in 250 dpi to 300 dpi resolution.
NO SCREENSHOT OR BLURRY IMAGES! please send original photo for edit.

Once you approve the design, I will add your order to my print queue.

Your backdrop will be made and shipped to you within my posted turnaround time.
it will takes about 1-2 days for us to print and ship the backdrop out. we will send you a tracking number once item is shipped.

If you select the digital file only option, you will receive a flattened jpg/ png file of the backdrop
All arts are in 250-300 dpi high resolution.

You are responsible to send to your own print shop.

you can use yelp or google for vinyl printing services near your physical address and print it from there.

Because of the digital nature of our products, NO refunds can be issues once product(s) have been delivered.
If you have any concerns, we are always willing to work with you until you are satisfied with your order.



Shipping for OPTION 1

please note we always suggest customer to order earlier before the event.
We always ship on time but we have no control over how shipping company handle the package
If your event is less than a week, we would strongly suggest you to order digital version of this backdrop,
just incase there is any unexpected shipping delay so that you can print it locally yourself.

shipping should be within 10-18 days depends on location
if you would like express shipping , which usually arrived within 6-8 days, please message seller in conversation.

Sizing for OPTION 1

Please note that price vary and depends on what size of backdrop you choose.

Note there may be 1-2cm size difference
As to the small size backdrop like 5x7ft, backdrop is solid one piece.
As to the larger size like 8x8 8x10 8x12 8x15 10x10ft…etc sizes bigger than these.
The backdrop is taped together by parts. But the seam should be not visible while keeping normal 4-6 ft distance.


Hang ways for OPTION 1

There are several option for you to hang your backdrop

▲ Straight cut ( nothing apply, backdrop only)
▲ Grommets on top (request needed) - if you are going to hang your backdrop using hook on top
▲ Pole Pockets (request needed) -if you are going to hang your backdrop using backdrop stand, It will slide trough the pole in your photo stand.
▲ 3m strong adhesive double side tape - we will NOT provide the tape , you can purchase them easily in 99 cents store, easy removal for one day event.
▲ Clip on pole - we WILL NOT provide clips, but it is one option you can hang your backdrop

If you didn’t specifically request, I will send the banner as straight cut.

Most common choice for customer and one day event. Thin Vinyl plastic cloth (not washable). Light weight, easy to carry and store,

▲ seamless Polyester
seamless, thicker than vinyl, fabric material, washable, wrinkle-free, no reflective, light-proof. Reusable.

Photograph

▲ It is better that keep some distance when you take pictures.Also many large format images may seem a little pixelated.

▲ Computer screens vary in color calibration, color may slightly differences between actual product and on computer screen, hope you can understand.

Packing for OPTION 1
-------------------------------------------------------

▲ In order to facilitate transport and packaging, backdrop will be folded for shipments, resulting in creased; Please don’t worry,

Here's how to remove creases： 
  
1) Roll it up tightly with a cylinder for 3-4 days, it will be disappear. 
2) low heat it with a steam iron on the back of item, then it will be smooth again.
3) Hang it over for 3-4days, and use your hands to press the wrinkles/fold lines, or fold it to the opposite direction, usually the wrinkles will disappear.

Please remember that every screen is different.Color may vary slightly due to Monitor/ Printer output.If you can not accept the presence of slight color difference, please consider buying. We don't exact color matching because all computer color setting is different, and when it comes to printing, it will vary as well.
