🎨 HOW DOES CUSTOM PRINTING WORK? — Step by Step


Step 1 — Place your order
Add to cart and purchase as normal on Etsy.

Step 2 — Send your file
Upload your design file via WeTransfer.com (free and easy to use) and send the link to us here on Etsy or to info [!at] rudamama.com. Please include your order number!

Step 3 — We check your file
We'll review your file for resolution and print-readiness within 1–2 business days. If anything needs adjusting, we'll let you know.

Step 4 — You approve the digital proof
We send you a digital proof showing exactly how your design will look on the fabric. Production only begins once you've given us the go-ahead — no surprises!

Step 5 — Production & dispatch
Your fabric is printed, dried, and quality-checked. We dispatch within 2–4 weeks of proof approval.

IN ORDER TO USE A DESIGN, YOU MUST HOLD THE NECESSARY LICENSING AND COPYRIGHT TITLES. It is assumed by us / factory that all artwork/photo submitted is being used in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding its usage. Customer agrees to assume any liability resulting from claims against us for service marks, infringement of trademarks, copyrights, patents and personal rights. Customers will assume complete responsibility to obtain permission for reproduction of logos, trademarks, patents & copyrights. By agreeing to print any submitted artwork/photo, Think Turner/Atomic Labor Union, LLC will not be held liable under any circumstances.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone - especially if you are trying to print trademarked logos that do not belong to you. We will not do that. Of course if you own the trademark/logo we will be more than happy to help.
PLEASE REMEMBER THAT ALL COLORS MAY LOOK DIFFERENT DUE TO SCREEN SETTINGS.
