Custom and personalised orders

We happily accept custom orders, so please feel free to message and I’ll do what I can to help! Any change of colour can also be made by sending us a convo so we can inform you about your colour options. Charms and pendants can also be changed upon request too, as long as we have available items to replace with. All jewelry are packed in a handmade cotton bag ready for a gift so if you want me to include a gift note please leave us your message in the "Notes to seller" text box at checkout, and we will place it nicely in the bag. We do not accept returns of customized items but please contact us to try and solve any issues with your purchase.

How long does shipping take?

We ship our orders using 1st class delivery with ELTA, the Greek postal service on all DOMESTIC SHIPPING. This usually takes around 2-5 working days to be delivered. All INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are sent via ELTA’s 1st Class international standard. This usually takes around 5-15 working days for Europe and 5-30 working days for rest of the world. The delivery times are an estimation and the actual time depends on many different factors such as the weather, the quality of the postal services, the workload in different busy seasons etc Any delays at the destination countries are beyond our control. These shipping methods do not provide a tracking number. If you wish to upgrade your shipping method feel free to contact us.

Where is my order? Policy on LOST or UNDELIVERED ORDERS

Your order will be shipped to your ETSY address. Please make sure to check that your address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for any undelivered orders due to incorrect address or unpicked up orders and there might be a shipping fee charged to ship it again. Any undelivered item will be declared lost after 35 calendar days have passed from the shipping day. At that point, we either send you a replacement or issue a full refund. Any claims for refunds must be made within 3 months from the shipping day of your item. We will not accept any claims for refunds, exchanges or returns after 3 months have passed from the shipping day.

Jewellery can be made in any length free of charge as long as necessary materials are available. You only have to leave the measurement I will need in the "note for seller". For necklaces: Measure your favourite necklace or use a piece of thread layered around your neck and measure it on a ruler. For bracelets: Wrap a flexible tape measure around the wrist on which you plan to wear the bracelet. Make a note of the number at the point where the tape meets the 0. That is the measurement I will need in "note for seller". If you don’t have a measuring tape you can use a cord and lay it flat on a ruler. I will add extra room for a comfortable fit. There is no need for measurement if you plan to buy macramé bracelet.

As you know there are many types of materials for jewelry pieces. Zamak is a mix alloy of zinc, aluminium, magnesium and copper that is dipped in silver or gold. It is part of die-casting manufacturing and it has higher aluminium levels than any other alloy. Zamak is hypoallergenic, cheaper than pure silver and lasts to the test of time. After some time it may lose its luster but it ages gracefully and bares a similarity to vintage metals. In order to preserve its longevity you must avoid getting it in contact with water, liquids, crèmes etc. Store your zamak jewelry in zip top bags away from the sun and clean themwith a soft cloth.

What silver plated with black patina means?

Items that they're described at my shop as silver plated with black patina are metals plated with fine silver at least 99.9% pure silver which means it is softer and more malleable than sterling. It also tends to take longer to tarnish. Moreover, a patina is an oxidation that takes place on a metal surface. Patinas often form naturally by long exposure, but can also be created artificially for an antiqued look.

If you're a non EU buyer please note that you are responsible for the payment of charges, duties and taxes levied by your home government for importing items from Europe. In addition, the mail carrier may impose a handling fee for any items subject to these charges.

Our metal components are made from silver/gold/rose gold plated zamak unless stated otherwise. All our metals are lead free and nickel free.

Zamak is a high quality alloy with a base metal of zinc and alloying elements of aluminium, magnesium, and copper. It is a hypoallergenic material that gets dipped in silver and gold.

We use the finest quality of leather, faux leather, silk, cotton elastic string and crystals to make high quality, safe and durable jewelry.

Please note that color and size of products may vary slightly as we use semi precious stones and metal casting products which are not all exactly the same. Many of the semi precious stones and the gemstones are being coated to improve their natural color and luster. This is a common practice in the cutting and treatment of the gemstones and it doesn’t lower their quality. Avoiding contact with any chemicals, strong perfumes or water will help you preserve their beauty.

All natural stones are subject to natural inclusions and vary slightly in colour and cut.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

All metal tarnish over time, even pure silver. Gold/silver plated findings (charms, pendants, clasps, beads, chains, jump rings etc) may tarnish if they are exposed to humidity for an extended time, or if they get in contact with alcohol, which is found in perfumes. To preserve longevity, store your jewelry in a dry place and avoid spraying perfume or alcohol based body lotion near them.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped from Athens, Greece via ELTA postal service, packed in protective bubble mailers.

We use International and Domestic Priority Mail. International Priority mail is normally delivered to European Union countries in three working days following the day of their posting, and to the rest of the World in 3-5 days.

Delivery times depend on delivery times within the destination country, as determined by the Postal Service of each country.

A mistake on our part will be refunded 100% along with all shipping costs. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges. If you want to return any item, please contact us before posting it. Buyers are responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.
