If shipping via post from India it takes 2-4 weeks to most countries, some countries your postal service is a bit slower and you can expect at least 6 weeks. If you want faster shipping then please contact me with your desired order in full, where its shipping too, and your deadline. I can then weigh it properly and and give you a courier price that can take express 3-5 days or normal courier 8-10 days and price accordingly.

The ship by date is the date it will ship out the latest unless I have changed that due to special requests from buyer, or I have informed you that I will be shipping out later. The ship by date is NOT the date it will arrive to your home. Just want to clarify that as there has been much confusion.

Also please understand that I have every intent to ship out on time but shipping from India has its disadvantages, there are times my PO has no electricity, there are Holidays that pop up out of nowhere, as they are based on a Lunar calendar not on a Roman calendar so I may find out that I get to the PO and its closed due to some Holiday or that they have no electricity, rest assured I will ship it the next available date.

Yes ,most countries I have no problem shipping too and it gets there in a timely manner. However for African and Latin America countries, and a few other countries ie , the Middle east, UAE, please contact me first. These countries are difficult to ship to and require tracking which is more expensive then standard shipping.

Yes if your country requires it then yes you have to pay.

I would like to note that if an order is shipped back to me because you didnt't have a correct address or you refused pay Duty/VAT, then I will charge you the cost to ship the item back to me, that will be deducted from any refund you will receive, you will be refunded only after I receive the order back.

ALso for any reason like incorrect address your package comes back to me , I will either reship after discussing with you , or refund. Reshipment you will pay for shipping the second time, refund there will be a 20% deduction from the total amount for restocking fee.
