PERSONALIZATION
Names/Date:
In the personalization box, type each bridesmaid's/person's name and specify their title ( E.g. “Marissa, Maid of Honor”).
Names are optional, but definitely make it more personal! Don't forget to double check spelling!
Dates can either be the year (20XX) or your wedding date! (xx-xx-xxxx)

Color:
In the personalization box, please choose 2 colors for your ornament.
1) Background Color
2) Flower Color

Design:
Do you like more flowers or more greenery? In the personalization box, please specify whether you like Design 1 (pink ornament in picture) or Design 2 (grey ornament in picture)

Other:
- Don't forget to specify bridesmaids and maid/s of honor, and check spelling!
- All ornaments are customized with your bridesmaid's name and your wedding colors! These do not have to just be for bridesmaids; feel free to add Mother of the Bride/Groom, flower girl and the Bride herself, etc...
- You may also have different colors for each ornament, just be sure that to leave clear instructions!
- For quantities great than 20 or for inquiries about wedding favors quantities please email or Etsy message me!

-Each ornament will be individually wrapped.
-These are drilled wood ornaments ranging from 3.1-3.5 inches in width.
-Hand-painted with love!
-Ready to ship in 1-2 weeks.

SHIPPING
- I will ship out your item 1 to 5 days after purchase.
- I use USPS First Class mail which takes 1 to 3 days to arrive after shipping.
- If you have a customized or made to order, it can take 1-2 weeks to complete your order.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
- Custom orders cannot be returned. However if you notice an error on my part, message me so I can fix the issue!
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, but please let me know as soon as possible!
- If I have already shipped the item, the order cannot be cancelled.
