She has maintained contact with me an is very helpful and honest about her process and what's she's going through. Quality takes time and all the orders are clearly marked as preordered. Patients my friends an you'll be surprised or read Mays reviews an you'll see all positive reviews. I'm willing to wait for quality, As I want my purchase to last more then just through one wash. An no l haven't received my order yet but I know it's going to be amazing that's why I'm giving her 5 stars
