Will the item I receive be exactly like the item pictured?

I try my hardest to keep descriptions and listing photos as up to date as possible. Sometimes lighting and different printing batches will give your item slight color variations than what is pictured. Also margins on prints and stickers may be be slightly different then what is pictured. While I strive for consistency, there are always slight differences when I receive orders from the printers.

When will my order ship?

Most of my listings have a 1-3 day processing time. This does not mean you will get your order in 1-3 days. This is the time it takes to prepare, pack and place your order in the mail. If you need an item faster or next day, you must chose that shipping option at check out to receive it that quickly. Otherwise is is standard first class shipping times. International shipping times will vary buy country. I try to ship the day of or the following day of order placement, with the exception of weekends. If order is placed on a weekend I will ship it on Monday.

There is designs of yours I’d love to see as stickers or prints but not available, why?

Please let me know!! I don’t always know what work of mine people will like. I try to pick what I think will be most popular. I have many prints on hand I don’t list. If there is work you want to see please message me and I will do my best to list it in the future.

Custom and personalized orders

I get asked a lot if I take commissions. At this time I do not but I do hope to in the future.

Why is my clear sticker not clear?

All of my clear stickers have a white paper backing. You must peel the sticker to see the clear material.

Why does my keychain look scratched and/or bubbly?

There is a thin plastic film on the flat side of all my keychains that needs to be removed. I leave it in place for protection while shipping. It can be difficult to peel off. If you are struggling, try taking a flame for just a moment to the edge of keychain to make the plastic film peel up.

How do I track my order?

Most orders you should be able to track with the tracking number and link provided by Etsy. If you are having issues, US orders can be tracked through the USPS website. Letter mail, which I use for sticker orders, is tracked through Pitney Bowes. Unfortunately some tracking is never updated by local post and will always say pre transit or can even say delivered before it actually is. While frustrating for me as well it’s out of my control so please allow extra time in these cases. On occasion I have to send orders with a forever stamp.
