How is my item packaged?

All of my items are carefully packaged in individual clear, resealable jewelry bags. Lanyards & necklaces are packed in bubble mailers, bracelets & key chains ship in boxes. First class ships in a colorful poly mailer; Priority ships in a Priority flat rate envelope. Multi item orders are packaged in an appropriately sized box and may be upgraded to Priority depending on the size of the order.

Additional Refund Information

Please check your purchased item(s) as soon as you receive your order. If there are any issues, please notify me immediately so I can work with you to correct the problem. PLEASE contact me before sending anything back. If the item is not as described, a refund will be issued after I receive the returned item(s). If you decide you don't want the item(s), a refund of the purchase price will be given upon receipt of the returned item(s). Shipping, handling, & insurance fees are not refundable (sorry). You are responsible for return shipping cost. All returned products must be in their original condition. They cannot be worn, used, and/or damaged as a result of your neglect. Additionally, the product packaging must not be damaged or missing.

Additional Exchange Information

Exchanges are on a case by case basis. In general, if you want to exchange a purchase for a different size, color, etc., the buyer is responsible for shipping the product back, as well as shipping of the new product. All returned products must be in their original condition. They cannot be worn, used, and/or damaged as a result of your neglect. Additionally, the product packaging must not be damaged or missing. All custom photo orders are final sale. I work very hard to ensure you get exactly what you want. You will receive a proof prior to making the item. After approval, I will email a picture of the completed item prior to shipping (upon request from Thanksgiving to New Years Eve. This may delay your shipment).

What is my bangle bracelet size?

To determine the correct size bangle: 1- Close your fingers together, bring your thumb to your little finger (like you're putting on a bangle) 2- Using a tape measure, wrap it around your hand at the widest point. This measurement is the circumference of your hand. Compare that number to below for a normal fit, that is easy to put on/take off. Hand Circumference up to 7 3/4" choose regular; Greater than 7 3/4" choose large *Please note: the bangle will be small at first, then will relax with wear. If you have a large circumference hand, but a small wrist (measured below the wrist bone, up to 6 1/4"), select the regular size. Otherwise the bangle will be large on your wrist.

Examples of Hand/Wrist Circumference Measurements:

Person A's hand circumference is 7 3/4", but the wrist measurement is 5 3/4". This person should choose the regular size. The bracelet will take some effort to put on/take off for the first few wear, but will be a normal fit for the wrist size. Person B's hand circumference is 7 3/4", with a wrist measurement of 7 1/2". This person should choose the large size. The bracelet will be easy to put on/take off and there will be very little relaxing of the bracelet. Person C's circumference is 9", with a wrist measurement of 8". This person should choose the large size. The bracelet will be slightly snug to put on/take off and will relax after a few wears.
