What happens if I do not respond to the sellers request for preferred materials?

I encounter this problem often. An order is placed and when I ask if they have any preferred woods or background colors then receive no reply, it is now the shops policy to make your order match the first book pictured using all available materials.

Custom and personalized orders

I will make every effort within the processing timeline to get in contact with you to fill your order. If all attempts fail your order will be canceled and refunded.
