When I noticed my package wasnt here by the anticipated date I kind of panicked, so I sent the messages ! Ashley was beyond kind and when she realized it was ups that messed up, she made and shipped a new sign, which I just received and love! Of course if a second sign shows up I will send it back to her, burin the meantime I have what I ordered ! Great customer service and hope she receives more buisness from others seeing in my home ☺️
