Choose plain cardboard box or packaged in a wooden art box with Assorted First Nations Designs. This is not sliced lox, but whole fillet smoked salmon in traditional first nation style.

1 lb smoked whole fillet salmon is fully cooked in its natural juices in the sealed gold foil pouch to preserve moistness and flavour. Smoked Salmon sealed in a gold foil pouch is shelf stable for 5 years. Does not require refrigeration until after the package is opened. Once opened, the salmon should be wrapped and stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
