Can I personalize items?

If personalization is available on a particular product, we will often add in that option, for example adding in your pet's name. If you do not see the option available, you may still request a change and I will advise if there would be any extra design fees etc. Please send me an Etsy convo before placing the order, as products that are not set as customizable go direct to our printers and we are not able to change once the order gets to them. It doesn't hurt to ask!

I don't see my Dog's breed, do you offer others?

I am slowly adding in new breeds and designs to my shop, if you do not see your dog breed on a particular design, or you are looking for something in particular, just send me a convo and I shall advise if I am able to create a new design for you, design fees may be applicable.

How do custom orders work for pillows etc?

If you are looking for a custom design, please send me a convo, we can chat about what you are looking for. I would then set up a special product for you to order from, I would create the design, and email you the proof to sign off on. If a Print I will print and ship to you direct, if a pillow or mug etc, the design then gets sent to my printers to create and ship to you direct, please get in touch with any specific requests.

Why don't you offer cancellations if I no longer want a product?

Here's why...... I have designed the item you see in my store, once you place an order for a particular item, it is then individually printed and made just for you and your order, whether it's a Pillow or some canvas art, once finished it is then shipped direct to you. I do not carry stock of any item, so once ordered an item can not be cancelled for buyers remorse. Returns are accepted if there is a defect with the product upon delivery, please see return policy for further details.

Custom and personalised orders

If you are looking for a custom portrait or custom map, you will see in the description all the info required and how to upload your photo. If you have any specific requests that are not addressed in the listing info, please send me a message through ETSY and I will be glad to answer any questions prior to you placing a custom order.

How do I know if my Photo is good enough for a Custom Portrait?

Although clear, high-resolution photos work best for digital portraits, I have worked with many inferior photos, old beached out, blurry, scanned etc, and although not the most ideal to work with I can usually make a beautiful end portrait! BUT please always feel free to send me your photos for checking prior to order, and I will give you my honest opinion if it will work well or not.

Can you combine multiple photos into one portrait?

Yes I can, BUT I will need to take a look at all of these photos first to check the suitability for combining, etc, please upload photos into an ETSY message and send to me along with your vision and any questions. There is also an additional fee for each additional photo I use into one portrait. This is the same for Family Members, Pets and Homes.

Can you remove items, change colors, add flowers etc?

Yes and No, I really need to see your photo first before I can tell you what I can and can not achieve, please upload your photo and send me an ETSY message with your vision and any questions.
