Why am I being charged for UK delivery even though the delivery policy in your shop says that you offer free delivery?

Colourshotcards changed its policy a while ago and now charges for first class delivery via Royal Mail. Unfortunately, the delivery policy wording is currently locked and made uneditable by the Etsy platform which this shop is on, so I am unable to edit it to update the wording. I am currently waiting on Etsy to remove this policy.Apologies for this. The current and ongoing policy is that delivery charges for UK domestic orders. All orders are sent by Royal Mail first class delivery. Upgrade is available During the last week or two before Christmas, to avoid late deliveries, only Royal Mail Special Delivery is available, which guarantees 1 to 2 days delivery.
