Can you do custom orders?

Absolutely! If you don't see a theme, colour or item that you want, just message me and I will gladly work with you to create your own unique piece!

I entered the wrong shipping address, what do I do now?

In the order confirmation email you receive after your purchase, I encourage customers to double-check that their shipping address is accurate. If you've entered the wrong shipping address at checkout, please contact me immediately so I can change it before shipping! If your order has already been shipped, then, unfortunately, there is nothing I can do and it does not fall under my responsibility anymore, therefore I can not offer refunds on these orders. A re-shipping charge will be applicable if you would like a replacement sent.

My tracking number says delivered but I never received my order?

There are a few steps the buyer can take. First, double-check you have entered the right shipping address. Second, ask your neighbors if they received your package. Third, contact your local post office. Unfortunately, once it has been shipped, with a tracking number, it is out of my hands. Further action may be required, ie: filing a police report for theft, as "Porch Piracy" is on the rise. Package Theft is not covered with shipping insurance and I will not replace it at my expense. It is the buyer's responsibility to have a safe location for packages to get dropped off at. If you didn't receive your item due to an incorrect address that you provided, you will be responsible for the re-shipping cost.

My Order is Late/Won't Arrive on Time

I try to get orders out as quickly as possible but sometimes orders get delayed in transit. Unfortunately, once an order has shipped out within it's processing time, it is out of my control. Recent delays due to COVID or major weather disasters are outside of the shipping carrier's control as well. Orders with tracking numbers that have not updated in 30 days can get submitted for a lost claim. Please make sure to order well in advance during these unprecedented times.

An item I just purchased is on sale now, can I get the discount?

Unfortunately sale prices are only applicable on items purchased during the sale period. To stay up to date on future sales, you can favorite my shop on Etsy to get notified or follow my instagram @christinas.cards
