Returns are accepted in the original condition, unused, and in the same condition as received.
A refund of the invoice price minus the shipping cost and a 20% re-stocking charge will be issued.

We must be notified within 7 days from the date of receipt.

Shipping is a 3rd party service and not a tangible item. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Refund credit may take up to a minimum of 8 business days to process. (Business days are M-F).
The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs and sufficiently packing and insuring returned items.

Exchanges

Exchanges are welcome for any like item. The original item must be in its original condition, unused, or in the same condition as received.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. This includes any additional re-shipping expense for the newly exchanged item.
