Can my order be sent directly to the recipient?

The simple answer...yes of course! Make sure you add a quick note at checkout along with the personalised message you would like inside the card. PLEASE NOTE: you will need to opt for 'Personalised Message' from the drop down box to have your message printed inside.

Can you print a message inside the card?

Definitely!!! Just make sure you select 'personalised message' in the drop down box and leave the details in the personalisation box.

Can the wording be changed on the front of the card?

It most certainly can! Just make sure to leave the details in the personalisation box! Whilst we may pick up on obvious errors, please ensure you have checked all information, including spelling and dates as changes made after printing will incur an extra fee.

My order is late - Can I have a refund?

Sometimes, we just have to say no...as much as we don't like to! We're all aware of the postal shambles at the moment. As Royal Mail does not consider items lost until 10 working days after dispatch for untracked post and 7 working days for tracked post, only after this time can a refund claim be made. If you need you item for a specific date, please order in plenty of time and opt for tracked postage. It always help to ask if the date is achievable. I will always do my best to help x
