Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Once we receive the item, we will issue the buyer a refund (minus our original shipping cost to the buyer). Please allow up to 1 week after we receive the item for a refund. We do not accept any returns on custom items. A 20% re-stocking fee also applies. There is also a 10% fee applied on all cancelled orders.

What happens if the post office returns an item?

It is the buyers responsibility to make sure that the address on file is the correct address. If anything is returned to us due to an undelivered address, the buyer is responsible for the additional shipping cost if they would like that item shipped back to them.

What happens if my sign arrives and it is damaged?

Unfortunately although we certainly try our hardest to package the signs perfectly, the packages still do get damaged with the postal services. In order for us to send you a brand new sign or give you a refund you MUST contact us within 48-72 hours of receiving the damaged sign. We will need to see photos of the sign along with the packaging. We also ask that you please keep the packaging as it might need to be inspected by the postal services. This is a new requirement from The postal service (not us) And if this is not done we do not receive a refund which ultimately hurts our small business. If your sign is damaged after you receive it we are not responsible for that damage.
