Since all my items are digital and not physical objects, there is not ability of offering refunds or accepting returns and exchanges. So, to avoid any kind of disappointments, please read carefully the listing details and make sure that your desired digital item is completely right for you and your needs.

How Instant Downloading works

• Once your order is completed, you will be redirected to a download page and will also be received an automated email from Etsy with a download link. Your files can always be downloaded at a later time from the “Purchases and reviews” section of your account on Etsy. • Download your files to your computer and save them somewhere safe. Please download the files via your desktop or laptop. Do not use phones or tablets. • To open the files you will need the Adobe Reader software. The A5-sized files as well as the 8x10 posters, have crop marks in order to be able to print them at your own home printer (chances are your printer supports A4 or LetterSize so at these files crop marks are needless). The crop marks help you to cut around the unnecessary paper uniformly, for the best result possible! If you are going to print any of the files at home, make sure that you have chosen the Standard option (at the Presets bar) at the Settings of your printer. For better results it is recommended to print the posters on card stock paper than usual paper. In the items with golden effect, print with high quality printer for best results. Where Do I Download My Purchased Files?

Accessing your files is nice and easy, but “where” you access them depends on how you ordered... 🔶 ETSY ACCOUNT > If you ordered while "logged into your Etsy account", the link to download your artwork files will be found under the "Purchases and Reviews" section in your Etsy account. 🔶 GUEST CHECKOUT > If you checked out "as a guest" your download links will be found in the email that was sent to you after purchase. Remember to check your junk/spam/archive folder as well. And if you still can't locate the email, try doing a search in your email program for "transaction@etsy.com".

How Do “ZIP" Files Work?

In most cases, your artwork will be downloaded as a ZIP file (due to Etsy’s file size limits). A "ZIP" file is simply a container that bundles all of the images together and shrinks the file size down for Etsy’s system. All this means is that you’ll need to open the ZIP file first, in order to access the printable JPG images inside. This is super easy though… After downloading the artwork ZIP file simply double-click on it, and it will automatically open itself up, revealing the JPG images ready for use. You’ll then see that the file name for each image shows its dimensions, making it easy for you to select the size you want to print.
