Alaska and Hawaii buyers, please contact us for a shipping quote before purchasing. We will ship via the least expensive method possible. If you prefer a particular carrier we are happy to try to work with you.

Trouvaille Trading will usually ship via USPS, either ground or priority or whatever is most economical. Occasionally for large and/or heavy items weighing more than 5 lbs, we may choose to ship your order via Fed Ex.

Purchased items are shipped within 1-5 business days (unless otherwise noted within individual item listings). Please let us know if you need an item by a specific date and we will work with you to get it there.

Shipping and processing times vary based on our hectic work and travel schedules. We try to ship items out as quickly as possible. However, once an item is taken to the post office and en route, shipping time is out of our control.

Be sure to enter your correct shipping address for purchases. In the event that Etsy and Paypal show two different addresses, the item(s) will be shipped to the Etsy address.

Insurance and delivery confirmation are available upon request, but unless requested, should not be assumed.

Please note, Trouvaille Trading tries to recycle as much possible when it comes to shipping. We often reuse boxes and packing materials in an effort to be environmentally conscious, but know that we take great care in packing your treasures for safe arrival.
