HOW WOODEN FRAME FOR BABY MOBILE IS MADE
The process of making the wooden baby mobile frame is quite a long one. Below are the steps if you are interested to know how they are made.

1. First of all, a selected breed of bamboo wood is handpicked by our experienced artisans from the jungle and are cut ( only the required numbers) to smaller pieces.

2. These bamboo stems are then cut into small sizes, eventually, small enough to make the crib mobile hanger for your baby.

3. These bamboo pieces are then finely bent to give the required shape and then tied by the strings to hold the shape.

4. They are then left to dry for about 2 weeks to properly season. Once the baby mobile frames hold the shape, they are then lightly burnt by light fire to give the permanent shape.

Perfect for my needs. Clear holes for threading too. They are smaller than I imagined, but that's on me - I'm a terrible judge of measurement. If size is really important use a measuring tape or ruler to make sure it's the size you're looking for. Side note: The wood is thick, but it's held together at a seam joint with what appears to be wood glue - I assume that's pretty standard for this kind of work. The wood glue is thick and been sanded smooth which gives it a nice seamless finish. It doesn't look like it's going to go anywhere, but for anyone out there who doesn't know joinery it can be alarming.
