Custom and personalized orders

Unfortunately we do not offer custom or personalized items at this time. In an effort to expedite shipping, all of our items are packaged and ready to ship.

Most of our items are able to be washed separately on delicate cycle using mild detergent and either line dried or tumble dried on low. Please see individual listings for care instructions.

We provide tracking for each shipment. Once your package has been accepted by USPS, we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays. Etsy offers shipping estimates based upon carrier delivery estimates. These are not guaranteed delivery times. Refunds will not be issued for delayed packages.

Please message us prior to your purchase for time sensitive orders. We are happy to accommodate if we are able. We offer USPS Priority shipping upgrade for your convenience. Shipping upgrades do not rush shop processing times.
